Study on the Innovative Therapeutic Treatment of Mild to Moderate Acne by Combining Compound Muni Ziqi Granules with High Light Power Pho-ton Therapy
Objective To study the effect of compound Muni Ziqi granules combined with high light power photon for the treatment of mild to moderate acne. Methods A total of 250 patients with mild to moderate acne admitted to the dermatology department of Wuxi Huishan Geriatric Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(125 cases)re-ceived high-power photon treatment, and the study group(125 cases)received compound Munizizi granules combined with high-power photon treatment. The clinical efficacy, changes in the number of skin lesions, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(92.80%)was better than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.719,P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the number of acne, pimple and pustule decreased in both groups, and the number of acne, pimple and pustule in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased, and the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combina-tion of high light power photon therapy with the use of compound Muni Ziqi granules in the treatment of mild to moder-ate acne is more effective, which can significantly reduce lesions, control the symptoms, improve the therapeutic ef-fect,and has good safety.
