Improved Analgesia Effect of Different Volume Ropivacaine Transversal Muscle Plane Block in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Opera-tion for Ovarian Cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of different volume ropivacaine transversal plane block in postoperative analgesia of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical operation for ovarian cancer. Methods The clinical data of 180 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of ovarian cancer in Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zao-zhuang City from December 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treat-ment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 90 cases in each group.0.375%ropi-vacaine with a dose of 12 and 20 mL were used for anesthesia, and the indexes,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Bruggrmann Comfort Scale(BCS)scores of the two groups were compared. Results Postoperative VAS score of obser-vation group was lower than control group,BCS score was higher than the of control group, effective compression times and sufentanil dosage was less than control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion Ropivacaine transversal plane block can effectively reduce the pain index,in which the use of 20 mL ropivacaine with 0.375%concentration for analgesia is better.
