Analysis of the Significance of the Expression of Program,CEA,and CA153 Combined Tests in First Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Objective To analyze the significance of serum pro-gastrin-releasing peptide(ProGRP),carcinoembry-onic antigen(CEA),and carbohydrate antigen-153 in the initial diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The 90 cases pri-mary diagnosed breast cancer patients(pathologically confirmed breast cancer, regarded as breast cancer group)and 90 cases benigh tumor patients(regarded as benigh tumor group)admitted to department of laboratory of Dongming County People's Hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as research objects.Their serum lev-els of ProGRP,CEA and CA153 were examined respectively to assess their clinical significance and analyze their di-agnostic value. Results The levels of ProGRP,CEA and CA153 in breast cancer group were higher than those in be-nign tumor group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of ProGRP were higher than those of CEA and CA153.At the same time, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the three combined tests were higher. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis process of primary diagnosed patients with breast cancer,ProGRP,CEA and CA153 combined assay has high clinical diagnostic value.Meanwhile,ProGRP,CEA and CA153 indicators are mainly expressed in the above levels.
