Effect of Oral Microflora Examination in Patients with Recurrent Oral Ul-cer
Objective To analyze the clinical value of oral microflora test in patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Meth-ods A total of 68 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to Wuxi Stomatological Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the stuyd objects,34 patients with ulcer were enrolled in the ulcer group, and 34 pa-tients with ulcer healing were enrolled in the healing group.Oral microflora and oral bacterial count were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the healing group, the gram-negative coccus was(45.71±1.93)copies/mL and Gram-negative bacillus was(4.54±0.61)copies/mL in the ulcer group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.297,2.362,both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in gram-positive coccus and gram-positive bacillus between the two groups(both P>0.05).Streptococcus and neisseria in the healing group were higher than those in the ulcer group, and and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in veillonella between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral microflora test can provide an important reference for the treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer.
