Effect of Yunpi Granule Combined with Massage on Children with Chronic Convulsion
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunpi granule + massage to complete the treatment of children with chronic convulsion.Methods A total of 56 cases admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to May 2022 were seleected as the study objects and were divided into two groups based on the random number table method.The reference group(28 cases)was treated with Yunpi granule.The study group(28 cases)was treated by massage on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate,serum factor levels[glutamate(Glu),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]and Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)syn-drome score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.43%)was higher than that of the reference group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.487,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GLU,GABA and BDNF in the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differ-ence in TCM syndrome score between the two group(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the treatment of Yunpi granule + massage has significant effects.It can improve the serum factor level and reduce the TCM syndrome score,and ultimately promote the good prognosis of children with chronic convulsions.
