和厚朴酚的抗肿瘤作用机制研究现状

厚朴是我国传统中药,和厚朴酚(Honokiol,HNK)是厚朴的主要有效成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抑制血管生成、抗痉挛、抗抑郁、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等广泛的药理作用.特别是其显著的抗肿瘤作用被广泛关注.作为天然来源、安全性高的抗肿瘤活性成分,HNK主要通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻滞肿瘤细胞周期、抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖转移、诱导自噬、激活内质网应激、诱导活性氧生成等机制发挥抗肿瘤作用.本文基于近年国内外HNK的抗肿瘤相关文献,对其抗肿瘤作用及机制进行总结和分析,以期为HNK的进一步新药开发和临床应用提供一定参考.
Research Status of the Anti-tumor Mechanism of Honokiol
Magnolia officinalis is a traditional Chinese medicine,and honokiol(HNK)is the main active component of magnolia officinalis.HNK has a wide range of pharmacological effects,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,an-tioxidant,angiogenic inhibition,anti-spasticity,anti-depression,antiviral and anti-tumor.In particular,its remark-able anti-tumor effect has been widely concerned.As a natural source and highly safe anti-tumor active ingredient,HNK mainly exerts anti-tumor effects through mechanisms such as inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,blocking tumor cell cycle,inhibiting proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells,inducing autophagy,activating endoplasmic reticulum stress and inducing reactive oxygen production.In this paper,the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of HNK were summarized and analyzed based on the literature on HNK at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide some reference for the further development of new drugs and clinical application of HNK.
