Progress in the Application of Ureteroscopy in the Treatment of Upper Uri-nary Tract Calculi
Due to advances in medical technology,the treatment of many diseases has gradually turned to minimally invasive techniques,which can replace traditional open surgery.In the scope of minimally invasive laparoscopic uro-logic techniques,ureteroscopy occupies a key position,which is often used in the laser lithotripsy of urinary calculi.Because of its relatively low damage to patients and high degree of safety in treatment,it has been widely adopted and used by the majority of patients.However,at present,due to the existence of lithotripsy rate and complications,the ap-plication effect of soft ureteroscopy has declined.In order to make full use of the advantages of flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of urinary calculi,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the characteristics and needs of its ap-plication,and pay attention to the latest development of this technology,so as to lay a solid foundation for future devel-opment.
