Effects of Rosuvastatin Combined with Tirofiban on Neurological Function and Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective To analyze the effects of rosuvastatin and tirofiban on patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Clinical data of 90 AIS patients admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from September 2019 to De-cember 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment to reduce intracranial pressure, oxygen inhalation and cerebral nerve protection, while the control group was given intravenous tirofiban in-jection on the basis of conventional treatment.Observation group was given rosuvastatin calcium tablet oral therapy on the basis of control group.Inflammatory factors levels, clinical effects, neurological function, blood lipids and total in-cidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate,interleukin-10,Barthel index and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were higher than those in control group, while the score of National Institute Health Stork Scale,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,hypersensitive C-reactive protein, triacylglycerol, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvas-tatin combined with tirofiban in the treatment of AIS can improve the neurological function of patients, regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and blood lipids, and has a high safety.
