目的 探讨肌钙蛋白I(Cardiac Troponin I,cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,Mb)、肌酸激酶同工酶-MB(Cre-atine Kinase isoenzyme-MB,CK-MB)联合检测早期诊断急性心肌梗死的价值.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月昆山市第二人民医院门诊60例急性心肌梗死患者及60例健康体检者,分别设为观察组与对照组,均检测cTnI、Mb、CK-MB,并比较两组检测值差异,分析联合检测与单项指标检测的诊断效能.结果 观察组cTnⅠ(24.85±1.63)μg/mL为Mb(122.46±18.62)μg/L为CK-MB(42.54±8.29)U/L,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=114.186、38.386、36.493,P均<0.05).联合检测诊断准确率为95.83%,灵敏度为96.67%,高于cTnI、Mb、CK-MB单独检测值,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);特异度为95.00%,与单独检测对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 急性心肌梗死患者cTnI、Mb、CK-MB异常升高,该三指标联用可提高诊断效能.
Clinical Value of Serum Troponin(cTnI),Myoglobin(MB)and Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme(CK-MB)Combined Detection in Early Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the value of cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myoglobin(Mb)and creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB)combined detection in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the outpatient clinic of the Second People's Hospital of Kunshan City and 60 healthy medical checkups were selected from January 2021 to December 2022,and were set up as the observation group and the control group,and were examined for cTnI,Mb,CK-MB,and analyzed the diagnostic efficacy of com-bined testing and single index testing,and compare the difference between the two groups,and analyze the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection and single index detection.Results The cTnI[(24.85±1.63)μg/mL],Mb[(122.46±18.62)μg/L]and CK-MB[(42.54±8.29)U/L]in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=114.186,38.386,36.493,all P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection were 95.83%and 96.67%,higher than that of cTnI,Mb and CK-MB alone,the differences were statistically significant(all P>0.05).The specificity of 95.00%was not significantly different from that of single detec-tion(all P>0.05).Conclusion CTnI,Mb and CK-MB were abnormally elevated in patients with acute myocardial in-farction,and the combination of these three indexes could improve the diagnostic efficiency.
