Study on the Clinical Effect of One-time Radical Perianal Abscess Surgery and Staged Surgery in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess Disease
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of one-time radical perianal abscess surgery and staged surgery in the treatment of perianal abscess disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with perianal abscess disease who were admitted to Wuxi Huishan District Rehabilitation Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the order of admission, the patients were numbered as 1~80,number 1~40 for the control group to implement staged surgical treatment, and number 41~80 for the study group to implement one-time radical perianal abscess surgery. The clinical indexes, anal function indexes and pain indexes of the two groups were com-pared,and the clinical effects were analyzed. Results The operation time, incision recovery time and hospitalization days of the patients in the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The anal function indexes of patients in the study group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of patients in the study group were lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(85.00%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=3.914,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients who were treated with one-time radical perianal abscess treatment had better clinical indexes and anal function indexes, lower pain scores, and better clinical outcomes.
