Analysis of The Value of Platelet Parameters Combined with Bone Mar-row Cells in the Diagnosis of Leukemia
Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect and application value of platelet parameter combined with bone marrow cell test in patients with leukemia.Methods A total of 72 patients with suspected leukemia admitted to Linqu County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,the use of platelet parameters,bone marrow cell test in combination with the form of examination,immunological examination,cytogenetic examination comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard.The effect of blood routine examination and bone marrow cell examination in the diagnosis of leukemia was analyzed.Results Among 72 patients,53 leukae-mia patients were detected with comprehensive diagnosis(gold standard),53 leukemia patients were detected with platelet parameters test and bone marrow cell test combined with the test form,44 leukemia patients were detected by single platelet parameter,and 49 leukemia patients were detected by single bone marrow cell test.The diagnostic ac-curacy and sensitivity of platelet parameters and bone marrow cell test were 97.22%(70/72)respectively,98.11%(52/53),those were higher than the diagnostic efficacy of platelet parameters 70.83%(51/72)and 71.69%(38/53),and the diagnostic efficacy of bone marrow cell test 80.56%(58/72),83.02%(44/53),and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(χ2=18.679,14.428,20.417,7.067,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diagnostic specificity of all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the examination and diagnosis of leukemia,the platelet parameters and bone marrow cell test combined with the test can effectively clarify the index data of platelet parameters and bone marrow cells,understand the body status of patients,and help clinical judgment of the type of leukemia patients with disease,disease detection rate and diagnostic function have significant advantages.
