Clinical Effect of Valsartan Combined with Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Hypertensive Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Blood Lipid
Objective To analyze the efficacy of valsartan combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of hypertension(HTN)combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 66 patients diagnosed of HTN with CHD admit-ted to Suining County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The single rosuvastatin was used the control group,and the observation group was treated with while valsartan and rosuvastatin were used to treat the observation group.The therapeutic effect,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum lipid expression level and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the morning blood pressure in the observation group was lower than the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in both groups were decreased,and the triglyceride,triglyceride and low density li-poprotein cholesterol in observation group[(1.19±0.15),(2.63±0.51)and(2.18±0.55)mmol/L]after treatment,lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with rosuv-astatin has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of HTN combined with CHD,which can effectively control the blood pressure and lipid levels of patients,and is conducive to improving the quality of life.
