Effects of Dapagliflozin Combined with Sackubactril Valsartan on Glucose Metabolism and Renal Function in Early Obese Diabetic Nephropathy Pa-tients
Objective To explore the effects of dagliagin combined with sakubactril valsartan on glucose metabolism and renal function in patients with early Obese Diabetes Nephropathy(ODN).Methods A total of 100 early ODN pa-tients admitted to Mengyin County People's Hospital of Linyi City,Shandong Province from January 2021 to Septem-ber 2023 were selected as the study objects.Random number method was used to divide the patients into observation group and research group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with daglipzin, and the observa-tion group was treated with sakubatrol valsartan on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose level, renal func-tion index and efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment. Results After treat-ment,the blood glucose level of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The renal function of observation group was significantly better than that of con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effective rate of observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.111,P<0.05).Conclusion Daglipzin combined with sackubactril valsartan can effectively reduce blood glucose level and improve renal function in early obese diabetic nephropathy patients.
