Application Effect of Lung Rehabilitation Combined with Non-invasive Ventilation in Severe COPD
Objective To analyze the application effect of lung rehabilitation combined with non-invasive ventilation in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From October 2020 to November 2023,76 patients with severe COPD admitted to the Respiratory Medicine Department of Jinan First People's Hospital were selected as the study objects and were divided into control group(non-invasive ventilation treatment)and observation group(lung rehabilitation combined with non-invasive ventilation treatment)by random drawing method,with 38 cases in each group.Lung function,exercise endurance,symptom scores,inflammatory factor level,blood gas index and quality of survival scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in lung function,exercise endurance,symptom scores,inflammatory factor level,blood gas index and quality of survival scores between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1%pred,forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC and the result of 6 min walking test of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,inflammatory factor level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen in artery of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of survival scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Lung rehabilitation combined with non-invasive ventilation was carried out in pa-tients with severe COPD can promote the rehabilitation of lung function.It can also relieve their symptoms and im-prove the quality of life of patients
