Effect of Different Drugs on Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Due to Ovulatory Disorder in Adolescence
Objective To study the therapeutic effects and application value of different drug treatment interventions on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulatory disorder in adolescence. Methods A total of 68 adolescent patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulatory dysfunction treated in Pingyi County People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into study group and reference group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with desogestrel, while the study group was treated with desdrogesterone. The treatment effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect(100.00%)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(82.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.580,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.94%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.981,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the desoges-trel,the treatment of dydrogesterone in adolescent patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulatory dysfunc-tion has been a better treatment outcome and a lower complication rate.
