Value of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Labetalol and Nifedipine in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Preeclampsia
Objective To analyze the effects of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol and nifedipine on pregnancy-induced hypertension preeclampsia. Methods A total of 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension preeclampsia in Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the comparison group and the practice group according to odd and even number method, with 30 cases in each group. The comparison group was treated with magnesium sulfate + nifedipine, and the practice group was treated with magnesium sulfate + labetalol.Blood pressure, vascular endothelial function, clinical efficacy, adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure in the two groups were decreased after treatment, and the blood pressure in the practice group was lower than those in the com-parison group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,Nitrogen Monoxide(NO)in practice group was higher than that in comparison group, and Endothelin-1(ET-1)in practice group was lower than that in comparison group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in practice group was higher than that in comparison group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the practice group were lower than that in the comparison group(3.33%vs 20.00%),the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.043,P=0.044).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate + labetalol can achieve a more significant effect, which can restore vascular endothelial function, reduce blood pressure, reduce adverse outcomes, and improve the prognosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension preeclampsia.
