Clinical Prognosis Analysis of Ergometrine Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the effect and prognosis of ergometrine combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Anshun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by envelope method.The reference group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with ergotrine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators,coagula-tion function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,higher than that of the reference group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.455,P= 0.020).The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coagulation function of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,ergomet-rine combined with oxytocin has an important clinical application value,which can improve the therapeutic effect,op-timize the clinical indexes,improve the coagulation function,and will not increase the adverse reactions.
