Clinical Safety Study of Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy
Objective To analyze the safety of nifedipine + magnesium sulfate treatment for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods A total of 83 cases of HDCP patients admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the ordinary group(n=41)and investigation group(n=42)by random number table method. The ordinary group was treated with magne-sium sulfate, and the investigation group was treated with combined nifedipine. The blood pressure indexes, uterine blood flow, and renal function were compared, and the safety was assessed between the two groups. Results After treat-ment,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure of two groups were decreased, the investigation group of(71.36±4.98)mmHg and(118.02±7.07)mmHg were lower than those in the ordinary group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.028,6.988,both P<0.05).The beating index, resistance index, and peak systolic flow rate of two groups were decreased after treatment, the investigation group was lower than the ordinary group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment, creatinine and 24 h urine proteins of two groups were decreased, the investigation group was lower than the ordinary group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine + magnesium sulfate has a certain degree of safety, can reduce blood pressure, improve the blood flow in the uterine position of each HDCP patient, and can also prevent kidney damage.
