Study on the Clinical Effect of Compound Yimu Capsule in Treating Post-partum Uterine Dysplasia and Its Effect on Maternal Menstrual Recovery
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the application of compound Yimu capsule in the treatment of postpartum patients with uterine dysplasia.Methods A total of 68 patients with postpartum uterine dysplasia from the Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University School of Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into analysis group and basic group by single and double number method.The analysis group was treated with compound Yimu capsule,and the basic group was treated with conven-tional treatment.Compared the two groups'treatment efficiency,blood routine indexes,rehabilitation indexes,imple-mentation rate of purging surgery,and rate of late postpartum hemorrhage.Results The treatment effective rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood routine indexes of the analysis group and the basic group(P>0.05).After treatment,the routine blood indexes of the analysis group were better than those of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual recovery time,duration of uterine con-traction pain,and duration of malignant discharge of the analysis group were all better than those of the basic group.The implementation rate of purging and late postpartum hemorrhage in the analysis group were lower than those in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Yimu capsule is ef-fective in the treatment of postpartum uterine dysplasia,which is conducive to shortening the patient's menstrual re-covery time and promoting uterine regeneration.
