IL-22在气道变应性疾病中的作用研究进展

白细胞介素22(Interleukin-22,IL-22)属于白细胞介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)细胞因子家族,多种淋巴细胞可以产生该介素,主要包括活化的辅助性T细胞17(T Helper Cell 17,Th17)、3型天然淋巴细胞(Group 3 Innate Lymphoid Cell,ILC3)、自然杀伤细胞(Natural Killer Cell,NK)、辅助性T细胞22(T Helper Cell 22,Th22),以及γδT细胞.IL-22参与机体感染和炎症过程的免疫反应,发挥抗炎、抵抗细胞外病原体的入侵和维持屏障完整等作用.研究发现,IL-22参与气道变应性炎症的发生、发展,其具体的作用机制尚不清楚.本文就IL-22的生物学特征及其在气道变应性疾病中所发挥的作用、作用机理以及研究进展进行综述.
Research Progress on the Role of IL-22 in Airway Allergic Diseases
Interleukin-22(IL-22)belongs to the interleukin-10(IL-10)cytokine family,which can be produced by a variety of lymphocytes,which mainly includes activated T helper cell 17(Th17),group 3 innate lymphoid cell(ILC3),natural killer cell(ILC3),natural killer cell(NK),T helper cell 22(Th22),and γδT cells.IL-22 participate in the im-mune response of the body's infection and inflammation process,plays the role of anti-inflammatory,resistance to the invasion of extracellular pathogens and maintain the integrity of the barrier.Studies have found that IL-22 is involved in the occurrence and development of airway allergic inflammation,and its specific mechanism of action is still un-clear.In this paper,the biological characteristics of IL-22 and the role,mechanism and research progress of IL-22 in airway allergic diseases were reviewed.
