理中汤加味治疗小儿抗生素相关腹泻脾胃虚寒证的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨理中汤加味治疗小儿抗生素相关腹泻脾胃虚寒证的临床效果.方法 选取2023年1-6月南通市中医院收治的50例小儿抗生素相关腹泻脾胃虚寒证患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组25例,对照组予以双歧杆菌三联活菌散口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础之上另予以理中汤加味治疗.比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、日均腹泻次数及腹泻持续时间.结果 治疗1周,观察组临床总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=4.735,P<0.05);观察组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后72 h,观察组日均腹泻次数少于对照组,腹泻持续时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 理中汤加味治疗小儿抗生素相关腹泻脾胃虚寒证临床疗效显著,促进症状改善,缩短腹泻时间.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome in children with antibiotic-related diarrhea.Methods Fifty children with spleen and stom-ach deficiency cold syndrome with antibiotic-related diarrhea treated in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table method,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment of bifido-bacterium triple live powder,and the observation group was given flavoured treatment of Lizhong Decoction on the ba-sis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,daily frequency and duration of diarrhea were compared.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.735,P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 72 h of treatment,the average daily frequency of diar-rhea in observation group was less than that in control group,and the duration of diarrhea was shorter than that in con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Lizhong De-coction is significant in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome in children with antibiotic re-lated diarrhea,promoting the improvement of symptoms,shortening the time of diarrhea.
