Clinical Study of One-stage Ureteral Soft Scope Holmium Laser Litho-tripsy for the Treatment of Renal Calculus with Periscopal Ureter Distor-tion
Objective To investigate the effect and value of one-stage ureteral soft scope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with renal calculus and periscopal ureter distortion. Methods A total of 100 patients with re-nal calculus accompanied with ureteropelvus distortion admitted to Zhenjiang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chi-nese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly numbered and grouped according to parity.Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy was performed in the con-trol group(50 cases numbered in odd number),and one-stage ureteral soft holmium laser lithotripsy was performed in the observation group(50 cases numbered in even number). The stone removal rate, perioperative indexes, renal func-tion,inflammatory factors, stress indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The stone removal rates of observation group 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery were 90.00%and 98.00%,respectively,which were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.250,8.274,both P<0.05).The total operation time of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group, and the postoperative catheter indentation time and total hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At the same time, the renal function indexes, inflammatory factors and stress indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of compli-cations in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of renal calculi accompanied by distortion of the ureteropelvic, the one-stage ureteral soft lens holmium laser lithotripsy is effective and has little damage to the patient's renal function and few complications.
