Exploring the Expression and Significance of Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA),Carbohydrate Antigen 199(CA199),Carbohydrate Antigen 724(CA724),Pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGI)and Pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)in Gastric Cancer Serology
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate an-tigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGI)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)in gastric can-cer serology. Methods A total of 154 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.A total of 154 patients with benign gas-tric lesions admitted to our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. The levels of CEA,CA199,CA724,PGI and PGⅡ in all patients were detected by chemiluminescence method. The receiver operating character-istic(ROC)curve was protracted, and the diagnostic efficiency was estimated based on the area under curve(AUC).Results The levels of CEA,CA199,CA724,PGI and PGⅡ in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).According to ROC curve analysis, among the in-dexes above, the AUC of PGⅡ of 0.820 was the highest(95%CI:0.724~0.912),while 0.591 of CA724 was the lowest(95%CI:0.488~0.713).AUC in the combined index detection of the 5 indexes of 0.883 was higher than those in the single index detection(95%CI:0.804~0.949).Conclusion The diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,CA199,CA724,PGI and PGⅡ by chemiluminescence method is significant,it can be used as a reference index for clinically assisted diagnosis of gastric cancer.
