Value of CEA,CA153 and CA125 Combined Tests in Diagnosis and Stag-ing Assessment of Lung Cancer
Objective To evaluate the value of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)combined with carbohydrate antigen(CA)153 and CA125 in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer. Methods A total of 43 patients with lung cancer(ob-servation group)and 43 healthy objects(control group)were selected as the study objects from Nanjing Liuhe District People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023.CEA,CA153 and CA125 levels were detected. The difference of detection values was compared, and the diagnostic efficacy single and the combined detection of the 3 markers in lung cancer was evaluated. Results CEA,CA153 and CA125 in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of the combined detection were 95.35%and 97.67%,which were higher than those of the single detection of the 3 indexes, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of CEA,CA153 and CA125 in lung cancer patients were significantly increased, and the combined detection of these 3 indexes could improve the diagnostic effi-ciency.
