Analysis of Factors Influencing Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Atrial Fibrillation
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease Methods Clinical data 50 patients with coronary heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation admitted to Nantong First People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected and included in the atrial fibrilla-tion group, and another clinical data of 50 coronary heart disease patients without atrial fibrillation during the same pe-riod were included in the non-atrial fibrillation group, serum glycated albumin(GA)and interleukin-4(IL-4)levels were recorded in both groups, and their clinical data were collected to analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease. Results Comparison of age, gender, history of diabetes melli-tus,history of coronary artery disease, duration of coronary artery disease, and levels of hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cells(WBC),platelets(PLT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albuminous aminotransferase(AST),total cholesterol(TC),and triacylglycerol(TG)in the patients of the two groups, and there were no statistically significant differences(all P>0.05).The serum GA and IL-4 levels of patients in the atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in the non-atrial fibrillation group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Multifactorial logistic re-gression analysis showed that high GA level was a risk factor for the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease, and the difference was statistically significant(OR=3.900,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum GA and IL-4 levels were abnormally elevated in patients with coronary heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation, and high GA level was a risk factor for the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease.
