Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Acetylcysteine Atomization on Lobar Pneumonia in Children
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine on lobar pneumo-nia in children.Methods A total of 120 children with lobular pneumonia treated in Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into study group and control group according to coin toss method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with budesonide com-bined with acetylcysteine,while the control group was treated with budesonide.The pulmonary function,serum inflam-matory factors and the time of clinical symptom disappearance were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,the serum lev-els of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were lower than those in the control group,and the time of clinical symptoms disappearing in the study group was shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lobar pneumonia with budesonide combined with acetylcysteine aerosol can im-prove lung function quickly and has better curative effect.
