Effect of Nifedipine Tablets and Labetalol Tablets Respectively Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Hypertension in Pregnancy
Objective To analyze the effect of nifedipine tablets and labetalol tablets respectively combined with mag-nesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy.Methods 70 cases of hypertensive patients in pregnancy admitted to Lianzhou People's Hospital Guangdong Province from July 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group by virtue of the random number table method.The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets and magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with labetalol and magnesium sulfate.The of blood pressure,24 h urine protein level and coagulation function in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,sys-tolic blood pressure,and 24 h urinary protein levels of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Fibrinogen in the observation group was(3.09±0.54)g/L,which was lower than that in the control group(5.33±0.61)g/L,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=16.267,P<0.05).The prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol tablets combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy,the patient's blood pressure,24h urine protein level significantly improved,coagulation function strengthened,the clinical application effect is remarkable.
