Evaluation of the Application Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Strip-ping on Patients with Ovarian Cysts and the Influence of TNF-α and CRP Levels
Objective To evaluate the application effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping on patients with ovarian cysts and the effects of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels.Methods Ninety pa-tients with ovarian cysts admitted to Zhuhai People's Hospital in Guangdong Province from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(45 cases,treated with open ovar-ian cyst stripping)and the observation group(45 cases,treated with aparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping)using random number table method.The surgical indexes,inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy of two groups were com-pared.Results The observation group had shorter operation time,hospitalization time and anal exhaustion time than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding in the ob-servation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor levels in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treat-ment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(88.89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.602,P=0.032).Conclusion After patients with ovarian cysts underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping,the patients'conditions are significantly controlled.
