改良非创伤性充填技术治疗小儿龋齿对其不良反应发生情况的影响

目的 评估龋齿患儿接受改良非创伤性充填技术的效果及对其治疗总时间、不良反应发生情况的影响.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月桂林市口腔医院收治的200例龋齿患儿为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(100例,采用常规充填技术)、观察组(100例,采用改良非创伤性充填技术),评价两组临床有效率、充填物脱落情况、不良反应发生率、龈沟液炎症因子水平、治疗总时间.结果 观察组临床有效率(98.00%)高于对照组(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.674,P=0.017);观察组总脱落率、不良反应总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在小儿龋齿治疗中采用改良非创伤性充填技术,可以提高整体疗效,降低充填物脱落率,减少不良反应,抑制牙周炎症反应.
Effect of Improved Non-invasive Filling Technique on the Occurrence of Adverse Reactions to Pediatric Caries
Objective To evaluate the effect of improved non-invasive filling technique on the total treatment time and the occurrence of adverse reactions in children with dental caries.Methods A total of 200 children with dental caries admitted to Guilin Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study ob-jects,and were divided into control group(100 cases using conventional filling technology)and observation group(100 cases using improved non-traumatic filling technology)by random number table method.Clinical effective rate,filling shedding,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and total treatment time were evaluated in the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of control group(90.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.674,P=0.017).The total shedding rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,hypersensitive C-reactive pro-tein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved non-invasive filling technology in the treatment of pediatric caries can improve the overall efficacy,reduce the rate of fill-ing shedding,reduce adverse reactions,and inhibit periodontal inflammation.
