Application of Remimazolam Combined with Alfentanil in Endoscopic Re-section of Colon Polyps in Non-Elderly Hypertensive Patients
Objective To study the effect of remimazolam combined with alfentanil in endoscopic resection of colon polyps in non-elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 80 non-elderly patients with grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ hyper-tension who underwent colonoscopic polypectomy in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and West-ern Medicine from August to December 2022(3 of them withdrew from the study due to inadequate intestinal prepara-tion during the operation)were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The PA group(n=39)was anesthetised with propofol+afentanil. In the RA group(n=38),rem-azolam and afentanil were used as anesthesia.Anesthesia, mean arterial pressure, heart rate and adverse events were compared between the two groups at different periods. Results The success rate of anesthesia in both groups was 100%.Compared with PA group, patients in RA group had slower loss of consciousness, shorter recovery time and shorter postanesthesia care unit residence time, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The he-modynamics of RA group was more stable than PA group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events in RA group was 5.26%lower than that in PA group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.988,P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic effect of Remimazolam com-bined with alfentanil in colonoscopic polypectomy can achieve the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with alfent-anil,and can provide higher anesthesia safety and comfort for non-elderly hypertensive patients.
