Objective The extraction and molding process of Shenzhu Zhike Pill was optimized to provide basic re-search for preparation development and pilot production.Methods The quality test standard of Shenzhu Zhike pills was established by UV spectrophotometry.The prescription and preparation technology of Shenzhu Zhike pills were determined.The quality of Shenzhu Zhike pill was tested by heavy metal,arsenic salt,character,moisture,weight dif-ference,dosage and microbial limit.Results Shenzhu Zhike Pill had the maximum absorption at 251 nm,and the con-centration was in the range of 0.021 4-0.182 4 mg/mL.The prepared Shenzhu Zhike Pill met the requirements of heavy metal,arsenic salt,properties,moisture,weight difference,loading and microbial limit.Conclusion The formu-lation of Shenzhu Zhike Pill developed in this study optimized the extraction and molding process,and provided basic research for the formulation development and pilot production.
