Evaluation of The Therapeutic Effect of Micropump Infusion of Octreotide in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of octreotide injected by micropump in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 76 patients with acute pancreatitis treated with octreotide in Jurong People's Hospi-tal from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups by ran-dom number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of oc-treotide,and the study group was treated with micro-pump infusion of octreotide. The efficacy, clinical indicators(ab-dominal pain relief, nausea and vomiting relief, blood amylase recovery, hospitalization time),inflammatory factors(in-terleukin-2,C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor α)and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Re-sults The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(97.37%)was higher than that in the control group(84.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.434,P=0.047).The abdominal pain relief, nausea and vomiting relief, blood amylase recovery and hospitalization time in the study group were better than those in the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-2,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.029,P=0.025).Conclusion The treatment of acute pancreatitis with micropump is effective, safe and can reduce inflammation.
