Effect of Continuous Blood Purification on Severe Organophosphorus Pes-ticide Poisoning
Objective To explore the effect of continuous blood purification on patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and the effect on myocardial enzyme index and inflammatory factor level. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to Liaocheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received conventional clinical treatment, and the obser-vation group received a combination of hemoperfusion(HP)and continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH).Myo-cardial enzymes, inflammatory factors and outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Inflammatory factor level(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The coma time, recovery time of cholinesterase activity>50%and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification therapy can significantly improve the myocardial enzyme index and inflammatory factor levels in patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, shorten the coma time and hospital stay, and is an effective treatment.
