Diagnostic Efficacy of Combined Tests of High-sensitivity Cardiac Tropo-nin I,Myoglobin and Cardiac Enzyme Profile in Myocardial Infarction
Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of the combined test of high-sensitive cardiac troponin I(hs-cTnI),myoglobin(Myo)and cardiac enzyme profile in myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with myocardial infarction and 100 healthy medical checkups admitted to Renhuai People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation group and control group, respectively.Blood was collected to test the levels of hs-cTnI,Myo,and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),and the differences in the levels of serum hs-cTnI,Myo,and CK-MB between the two groups were compared, and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of serum indexes and the combination of tests in myocardial infarction. Results The serum hs-cTnI,Myo,and CK-MB levels in the observation group were(0.28±0.05)μg/L,(95.63±7.25)μg/L,and(75.63±6.35)U/L,which were higher than those in the control group(0.04±0.01)μg/L,(41.47±4.31)μg/L,and(20.32±2.14)U/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=47.068,64.213,82.541,all P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the combined detection of serum hs-cTnI,Myo,and CK-MB had the highest value in diagnosing myocardial infarction. Conclusion Serum hs-cTnI,Myo,and CK-MB have certain value in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction, and the value of com-bined detection is higher, which can help patients carry out targeted treatment as early as possible in order to improve the prognosis.
