Analysis of the Effect of Anal Subcutaneous Tissue Methylene Blue Injec-tion Nerve Block for Postoperative Analgesia in the Department of Anorec-tology
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical use of anal subcutaneous tissue methylene blue injection nerve block in postoperative analgesia in the Department of Anorectology. Methods A total of 100 anorectal surgical pa-tients admitted to Sansui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into reference group and exploration group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group received diclofenac sodium relief capsule for treat-ment,and the exploration group received anal subcutaneous tissue methylene blue injection nerve block protocol for treatment. The pain, psychological state and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the exploration group were(2.82±0.18)points,(2.19±0.16)points and(1.63±0.12)points at 6 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery, respectively, which were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The psychological state of the exploration group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the explora-tion group was 4.00%,lower than that in the reference group(18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion In postoperative analgesia in anorectal department, anal subcutaneous tissue methy-lene blue injection nerve block can alleviate postoperative pain, improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and the safety is good.
