Clinical Effect Analysis of Urinastatin Combined with Octreotide in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment with urinastatin+octreotide in the implementation of treatment for acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as study ob-jects from Sansui County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2021 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into comparison group(n=40)and investigation group(n=40).The comparison group was treated with octreotide,while the investigation group was treated with ulinastatin on the basis of octreotide.The time of symp-tom relief,pain degree,adverse reaction and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the investigation group was higher than that of 80.00%in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).Compared with the symptomatic relief time of the compari-son group,the time for abdominal distension to be relieved(4.68±0.53)d,abdominal pain to be relieved(4.24±0.43)d,and bowel sounds to return to normal(2.41±0.68)d in the investigation group was shorter,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The Numerrical Rating Scale score of the investigation group was lower than that of the comparison group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of the treatment of acute pancreatitis patients,the use of urinastatin+octreotide clinical treatment is more effective,can effectively promote the relief of patients'symptoms,and the efficacy is higher,with a certain degree of safety.
