Effect of Treating Chronic Heart Failure and Hypertensive Diseases with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium
Objective To analyze the effect of sacubactril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure and hypertension caused by coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 60 CHD patients with chronic heart failure and hypertension admitted to the Cardiology Department of Yuncheng County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into two groups with 30 cases each by drawing lots. The control group(n=30)received conventional treatment, and the study group(n=30)was additionally treated with sakubatrol and valsartan sodium. The cardiac function indexes, vascular indexes and blood pressure values of the two groups were compared, the occurrence of adverse reactions was analyzed. Results Af-ter treatment, the improvement of cardiac function indexes in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the vascular indexes of the study group were better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the blood pressure of the study group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci-dence of adverse reactions in study group(3.33%)was lower than that in control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of CHD patients with chronic heart failure and hypertension with sacubactril valsartan sodium, the cardiac function indexes, vascular indexes and blood pressure values of the patients were stable, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was less, which had a good clinical effect.
