Application Effect of Locking Compression Plate in the Treatment of Limb Fracture
Objective To study the value of locking compression plate in the treatment of patients with limb fracture.Methods A total of 74 patients with limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Orthopae-dics and Traumatology,Jinhu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple plate and screw internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with locking compression plate.The postoperative com-plications and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The healing rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(89.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.229,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and incidence of complication,pain score,fracture healing factor in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The locking compression plate can stabilize the status of fracture factors and improve the treatment efficiency.
