摘要

目的 探究肺炎患儿雾化吸入异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德对炎症因子的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年9月泰州市第二人民医院收治的86例肺炎患儿为研究对象,用随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,各43例.观察组实施异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组实施布地奈德雾化吸入治疗.比较两组肺功能指标、心肌酶谱指标、炎症因子指标.结果 治疗后,观察组患儿第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值指标分别为(1.58±0.09)L、(2.68±0.71)L/s,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.793、6.024,P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组各项心肌酶谱指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组各项炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 联合用药能够促进小儿肺炎症状的改善,减轻机体炎症反应.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of atomized inhalation of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide on inflammatory factors in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 children with pneumonia admitted to Tai-zhou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The observa-tion group was treated with ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation.The indexes of lung function,myocardial enzyme profile and inflamma-tory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow indexes in observation group were(1.58±0.09)L and(2.68±0.71)L/s,respectively,higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=26.793,6.024,both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of myocardial enzymes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined medication can improve the symptoms of pneumonia in children and reduce the inflam-matory response of the body.
