Study on the Application Effect of Implementing Carboprost Trometh-amine in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the clinical selection of carboprost tromethamine on postpar-tum hemorrhage patients after the corresponding treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum hemor-rhage admitted to Guizhou Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected as study objects,they were divided into two groups according to the coin tossing method,the reference group(50 cases)received oxytocin treatment,and the study group(50 cases)received carboprost tromethamine treatment on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate of treatment,level of coagulation function,amount of postpar-tum hemorrhage and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total ef-fective rate was 98%in the study group,which was better than 84%in the reference group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=5.983,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference before treatment in coagula-tion function level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,coagulation function in the study group was bet-ter than than in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpar-tum hemorrhage in the study group at all times were less than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with carboprost tro-methamine can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and improve the coagula-tion function.
