Objective To explore the clinical comprehensive efficacy of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 98 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in the De-partment of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Yumen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group used conventional western medicine anti-infection treatment,on this basis,the observation group used Chinese medi-cine comprehensive treatment,The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)score,symptom im-provement indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group(95.92%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.51%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.333,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of abdominal pain,abdominal heaving,pel-vic effusion or mass and the time of recovery of leucorrhea in the observation group were shorter than those in the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical comprehensive efficacy of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is remarkable,which can effec-tively anti-inflammatory,promote the absorption of pelvic inflammation and alleviate the symptoms.
