Study on the Application Value of Abdominal Aortic Balloon Preplace-ment in Cesarean Delivery of Placenta Previa with Placental Implantation
Objective To analyze the effect of abdominal aortic balloon preplacement in cesarean delivery for placenta previa with placenta implantation.Methods 70 patients with placenta previa with placenta implantation for cesarean delivery admitted to Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the coinage method,the control group(35 cases)was treated with conventional cesarean delivery surgery,and the observation group(35 cases)was treated with abdominal aortic balloon preplacement surgery.The operation time,bleeding volume,blood transfusion volume,postoperative hos-pitalization time,hysterectomy rate,transfer rate to ICU,complication rate,and neonatal condition were compared in two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time(58.26±12.16)min and postoperative hospitalization time(4.15±1.26)d,and less bleeding(515.61±121.61)mL and blood transfusion(412.56±54.51)mL,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The hysterectomy rate of 2.86%,transfer to ICU rate of 5.71%,and complication rate of 5.71%in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=3.968,5.285,5.285,all P<0.05).There was no sta-tistically significant difference in the comparison of birth weight of newborns between the two groups(P>0.05).Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of abdominal aortic balloon preplacement in patients with placenta previa with pla-centa implantation can reduce bleeding and improve prognosis.
