中医药治疗支气管哮喘(急性期)临床研究进展

摘要

支气管哮喘是一种炎症性疾病,其患病率也在逐年升高,哮喘不仅会影响患者的生活质量,同时也为其带来一些经济负担,中医药治疗不仅能够缓解哮喘患者的症状,还可以减轻西药带来的不良反应,降低复发率,提高临床疗效.本文从哮喘发作的机制、中医的病因及病机、证候分析以及治疗方法等方面对哮喘的研究现状进行论述,以期提供一定的理论依据,使得中医药的优势在临床诊治中充分发挥,在结合现代医学技术的基础上为未来研究提供新思路.

Abstract

Bronchial asthma is an inflammatory disease,and its prevalence is increasing year by year.Asthma not only affects the patients'quality of life,but also brings some economic burdens to them.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can not only alleviate the symptoms of asthma patients,but also reduce the adverse effects brought by west-ern medicines,lower the recurrence rate,and improve the clinical efficacy.This paper discusses the current research status of asthma from the mechanism of asthma attack,the etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine,the analysis of symptoms and treatment methods,with a view to providing a certain theoretical basis,so that the advantages of tradi-tional Chinese medicine can be fully utilized in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and to provide new ideas for the fu-ture research on the basis of combining with modern medical technology.
