Effect of Alternative Peritoneal Dialysis Therapy on Inflammatory Factors,Adverse Reactions and Effects in Patients with End-stage Renal Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of alternative peritoneal dialysis therapy on inflammatory factors,ad-verse reactions and effects in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods A total of eighty-eight patients with end-stage renal disease from Bijie First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and di-vided into two groups with forty-four patients each by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with peritoneal dialysis.Inflammatory factors,renal function,nutritional status,adverse reactions and effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total ef-fective rate of the observation group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(77.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.175,P<0.05).After 3 months of dialysis,the percentage of PCT,WBC and neutro-phil in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,Scr and BUN of observation group were lower than control group,eGFR was higher than control group,the hemoglobin,transferrin,albumin and scores of Mini Nutri-tion Assessment in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.82%)was lower than that in control group(22.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.423,P<0.05).Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis al-ternative therapy can regulate inflammatory factors,reduce adverse reactions,improve nutritional status and protect re-nal function in patients with end-stage renal disease.
