Clinical Efficacy of Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Acute Poisoning and the Prevention of Concurrent Bleeding
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of acute poisoning, and to analyze the preventive effect of hemoperfusion on patients with complicated bleeding. Methods A total of 58 patients with acute poisoning admitted to Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou City from January 2020 to July 2023 were se-lected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.Control group(29 cases)received routine emergency treatment, study group(29 cases)received hemoperfusion treatment. The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, the changes of liver function and myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes were ana-lyzed,and the clinical indexes such as waking time after coma, hospital stay and complicated bleeding were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The levels of alanine transamination(ALT),total bilirubin(TBiL),γ-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK)and cardiac troponin T(cTnI)were all decreased compared with those before treatment. All the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The bleeding rate of the study group(3.45%)was lower than that of the control group(20.69%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=4.062,P<0.05).The waking time and hospitalization time after coma were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine emergency treatment, hemoperfusion intervention can improve the clinical efficacy of acute poisoning patients,im-prove liver function and myocardial enzyme spectrum, and reduce the complication of bleeding events.
