目的 探究维生素D受体在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用.方法 南昌大学医学部于2022年9月—2023年9月将40只野生雌性C57BL/6小鼠纳入研究中,按随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,每组20只.对照组予以腹腔注射Vehicle,观察组予以腹腔注射维生素D受体(Vitamin D Receptor,VDR)生理性激动剂.灌注完毕24 h后,比较两组血流动力学、心功能指标及心肌梗死面积变化情况.结果 观察组灌注24 h心肌梗死面积(24.50±3.24)%,低于对照组(42.36±3.25)%,差异有统计学意义(t=24.614,P<0.05);观察组标准摄取值(Standardized Uptake Values,SUV)、左心室短轴缩短率(Left Ventricular Fractional Shortening,LVFS)、左心室射血分数(Left Ventric ular Ejection Fractions,LVEF)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.773、39.714、24.494、P均<0.05);两组心率、平均动脉压对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中,通过使用药物激活维生素D受体可以减轻其损伤程度,具有一定的研究价值,可采取进一步探讨研究.
Role of Vitamin D Receptor in Myocardial Ischemia-reperfusion Injury
Objective To explore the role of vitamin D receptor in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods Medical Science Center of Nanchang University conducted a study from September 2022 to September 2023.A total of 40 wild female C57BL/6 mice were included in the study and divided into control group and observation group by ran-dom number table method,with 20 mice in each group.The control group was given intraperitoneal injection of Ve-hicle,and the observation group was given intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D receptor(VDR)physiological agonist.The changes of hemodynamics,cardiac function indexes and myocardial infarction size in the two groups were com-pared 24 h after perfusion.Results The 24 h after perfusion myocardial infarction area(24.50±3.24)%in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group(42.36±3.25)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=24.614,P<0.05).The levels of standardized uptake values(SUV),left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS)and left ventric-ular ejection fractions(LVEF)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=6.773,39.714,24.494,all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(both P>0.05).Conclusion In myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,activating vitamin D receptor with drugs can reduce the degree of injury,which has certain re-search value and can be further studied.
