The Effect of Retinal Laser Combined with Intrabulbar Injection of Con-bercept in the Treatment of Macular Edema Due to Retinal Vein Occlu-sion and Its Impact on Vision
Objective To explore the effect of retinal laser combined with intrabubular injection of Compaercept in the treatment of retinal vein obstruction macular edema and its influence on visual acuity. Methods A total of 92 patients with retinal vein obstruction and macular edema admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with 46 cases each by random number table method. The control group was treated with retinal laser, and the observation group was treated with intrabubular injection of Compaplcept on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of observation group(97.83%)was higher than that of control group(86.96%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.865,P<0.05).After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central retinal thickness(CRT)of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.002,12.472,both P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the World Health Organization Quality of Life scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of retinal laser and in-trabulbar injection of Conbercept has obvious effects, helping to adjust vision and improve quality of life.
