Clinical Effect of Emergency Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Severe Organophosphorus Poisoning
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of emergency hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with se-vere organophosphorus poisoning. Methods Eighty patients with severe organophosphorus treated in Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group received conventional treatment+hemoperfusion treatment. The changes of cholinesterase, the level of inflammatory factors, the outcome of clinical indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 6,24 and 36 hours after treatment, the cholinesterase level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recovery time of cholinesterase activity,recov-ery time of wakefulness, dosage of atropine and hospitalization time in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning, hemoperfusion has good effect and has clinical application value.
