Effect of Glucocorticoid in Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
Objective To explore the clinical effect of impinged glucocorticoid in patients with idiopathic thrombocyto-penic purpura. Methods A total of 80 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura newly diagnosed admitted in Jianhu County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid. The total effective rate, immune function index, related clinical in-dex,inflammatory factor index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).The levels of immune function indexes in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 inflammatory indexes, platelet count and compatible human leukocyte antigen G indexes in observation group were better than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of im-pinged glucocorticoids in the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is rela-tively ideal, and the safety factor is high.
