Clinical Efficacy of Terbutaline Combined with Budesonide in the Treat-ment of COPD
Objective To study the clinical effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide inhalation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were diagnosed and treated in the Panzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were se-lected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by random sampling method, with 60 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with budesonide, and the study group was treated with terbutaline+budesonide. The efficacy of the two treatment regimens was compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.33%,which was higher than that in the routine group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.981,P=0.008).The lung function index, blood gas analysis index and clinical symptom relief time of the study group were better than those of the routine group, and the inflammation factors level was lower than that of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with this disease can be treated with combined medication, which can improve their lung function level, improve their blood gas analysis index, and re-duce the body inflammation level of patients, with significant curative effect and high clinical application value.
